We bought a home in The Waters from Jim Mathews Builder and were able to customize it for our style. We selected the cabinets, quartz counters, flooring, lighting, trim and tile and love how he brought our ideas to life. Working with Jim and his team was easy and communication was constant. Their online project management system allowed us to see the schedule and pictures of how things were being done. We were also able to see all financials and approve change orders online. We would highly recommend building with them in The Waters or in your favorite neighborhood. We are completely satisfied with our new home.

Jim built a house for The Montgomery Parade of homes. As soon as I walked in I was wowed with the kitchen/great room area. I love to entertain and it was a space perfect for my lifestyle. After securing a lot we asked Jim to build us the same home. Jim is an excellent contractor, easy to work with and always willing to help. Deadlines were met and other than my add ons the budget was met. He worked with us to get the home we wanted and we couldn’t be more pleased.

As a newly married couple and new homeowners, Jim had his hands full with helping us build our first home together. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We are very much enjoying raising our family in our dream home.

I really enjoyed working with Jim and Kim Mathews! They were very patient with me and built me a fantastic home. There were times when I didn’t love a few of the fixtures or features of the home and they worked with me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend them as a builder!

Being a first time home builder definitely was a scary thing. There were times were things were very overwhelming – Jim and Kim were there every step of the way to calm those feelings. They were great to work with, let us know how things would go every step of the way and built my wife and I a gorgeous home. We get compliments any time someone comes by and could not be more pleased. If you are thinking of building a home, Jim and Kim should be at the top of your list!!
